Spicy tempura-dipping sauce

P.F. Chang's has a battered green bean appetizer that is a family favorite, and we tried to recreate it at home. I tempura-battered and fried green beans and asparagus spears and then used this recipe for dipping, which is all over the internet and incidentally perfect. Sriracha adds a great flavor and the finished sauce is a lovely orange color!
