Cheesy and easy ... what more could you want in a side dish? My mom always made this when we were kids, and I still make it for my dad to this day. It's ridiculously easy and possibly one of the tastiest side dishes you can make. I always make it for parties and everyone loves it! It may not be the healthiest side dish, but hey, you gotta live sometimes. Just go walk an extra mile after eating!
