Perfect lemon bars
Lemon Bars are best when they are simple, not too many ingredients, no schmancy additions. After trying several recipes, I've narrowed it down to a favorite. It's the perfect combo of sour/sweet. The crust is light and flaky and is completely in proportion to the amount of lemon topping: more lemon, less crust. Simple and perfect.
