This is BY FAR my favorite pork tenderloin recipe to date. It is simple enough for a weeknight meal, but special enough for company. Don't let the combination of ingredients or their simpleness freak you out—I think the flavor fairies do a little dance on this while in the crock pot, because it turns into something SPECTACULAR!
