Lock it down red curry

I have to give Nigella Lawson props for being my inspiration. I'd never made curry before reading a recipe of hers and this grew from that. That said, this is absurdly delicious. I'm not convinced this couldn't inspire love in someone. The heat is controlled via the curry paste, mainly, and I like things to have some heat behind it so keep that in mind! Also, pre-made paste or one you make yourself is fine. (I do my own.)
