This is an extremely simple and incredibly delicious recipe for inexpensive beef stew meat. The recipe calls for a great deal of onions, however they disintegrate during cooking into the most delicious and mild tomato sauce and the meat melts in your mouth, it's so tender. My kids devour this whenever I make it! Why not double or triple the recipe to freeze and enjoy later.
