I gave it the name Skittle Jello because my daughter said the taste reminds her of the Skittle candies. I don't agree because I don't care for Skittles, but love the light airy texture and flavor of this jello. I first of all came up with this recipe for my daughter's wedding. I love how simple yet tasty it is. It seems to be a hit every time I make it.
