I figured that you can fry hamburgers just like you do chicken fried steak. You just can’t go wrong battering and frying meat in our house. So I fried some up for dinner and let me tell you I think that I might even like these better than Chicken Fried Steak. The breading is crispy and when you add on the dipping sauce, perfection!
