Posole is a Mexican stew usually served on Christmas Eve or New Year's Day. It is said to be a remedy for a hangover. I don't use exact measurements when I cook. I mostly eyeball it. But I've tried to give you some sort of measurements here. So you'll probably have to play with this recipe and make it your own.
