If you've ever eaten at the Capital Grille, maybe you've ordered one of these? By far, one of the best steaks that I've ever had in a restaurant! I tried to come up with my own version of that, based on things I'd read online about that delicious steak! This recipes makes enough for 8 steaks. I store them in a zipper freezer bag and use what I need. I got so excited to eat my steak, I forgot to take a photo of it done!
