Did you love mall cookies growing up? I did. Always had to have one. Recently, the mall cookie giant Great American Cookie Co. disappeared from my local malls and I've been missing their cookies, so I tinkered with a few recipes to make an imitation that's pretty close to the taste of the original! A chewy, caramel-y chocolate chip cookie that melts in your mouth!
