This recipe is a combination of a complicated traditional Rogan Josh recipe that I have never been able to master and the short cuts I've use to appease my Indian cravings! It's a hearty combination of lamb, onions, tomatoes, yogurt and amazing Indian spices. Don't let the long ingredient list scare you away!
