My mom perfected this meatloaf, and I have never tasted a better loaf o' meat. This one is terrific for a working mom: fix it in the morning and slow cook all day. Incredibly juicy. Too good to be slathered in tomato paste. You know I love you because I'm finally sharing this with you.
