When I'm craving ice cream and the freezer is empty of it, this is what I make. I like to add various goodies to it, such as Nutella, peanut butter, crushed cookies, nuts, crushed graham crackers, etc. The last time I made it, I added 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree to it. Delicious!
