Kraut bierocks (german cabbage burgers!)
A dish from my German heritage: chopped cabbage, onion and ground round browned together to make a delicious filling for homemade dough pockets, or the simpler method, which is adding them as a filling for crescent rolls in muffin pans! Crazy delicious!
