Aunt hazel’s vegetables
My husband's family in El Paso passed this down many years ago and I always get asked to share the recipe when I make it. It's an enticing and colorful veggie dish for the holidays or potlucks. Even though I prefer to prepare vegetables closer to Mother Nature's pure perfection with just a little enhancement, I can never resist this dish!
