This is like Southern eggplant parmesan, but with fried green tomatoes. This recipe could be adapted and made just like eggplant parmesan. Just use a great fried green tomato recipe. Feel free to skip making the homemade sauce and just go or something out of a jar. This will save you a ton of time. This is a must try.
