Baking

I have a love thing with artichokes, and nothing makes me happier than a hot artichoke dip and crusty bread. In my quest to find the perfect artichoke dip, I made over 20 variations. This is by far my favorite one. I love the sweetness of the shallot and lemon, and the slight hint of garlic. I do not like spinach in my dip; artichokes are tasty enough to star on their own!
