Zucchini streusel
I swear to you this tastes just like apple streusel. If you don't tell them, you'll NEVER know it's zucchini. Trust me. I have fooled quite a few, including my vegetable-hating husband. It's delicious and best served warm with ice cream. I put it in the Fruit Desserts category because that's what it tastes like! They don't make a category for vegetable desserts.
