These pancakes are one of the tastiest I've had. They are pretty simple to make and filled with a certain 'melt in your mouth' goodness! The recipe can be made with Kerns Apricot Nectar in place of milk for an even richer and more flavorful pancake (or for those avoiding milk products). Once you try these, you'll never want to go back the the 'ol pancake mix. (Recipe can also be used for waffles).
