Flank steak is so delicious, and has many applications. It’s a great cut for stir fry, and it’s also perfect for beef fajitas. This recipe arose from an old marinated flank steak recipe my mom used to make. Hers is perfectly delicious, but I add fresh ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to mine.
