Spicy grilled potatoes

My husband makes these potatoes on a regular basis during the grilling months. You can throw them together quickly, and they cook up in about 15 minutes. They're the perfect side dish for almost any entree. Each packet serves about 2-3 people, so just throw together as many packets as you need and grill them side by side.
