A juicy burger topped with Asian mushrooms! A touch of soy sauce, ginger and garlic makes this burger so flavorful. You can use any type of mushrooms. To brighten up the mushrooms, I've added balsamic vinegar. Its tang cuts through the richness of the the burger and mushrooms. Serve with your favorite burger condiments, like ketchup, mustard and mayo.
