This layered Watermelon Feta Salad was born on a day that I was feeling decidedly overwhelmed as the only female in our household. As a Mom of five boys, I need all the pretty I can get! This salad prettied up my day and was delicious to boot. You may not use ALL the watermelon or feta if you're making this for yourself, so scale down if need be.
