This is a fabulous salad that is really versatile, sometimes I add pecans, sometimes cashews. I use the chow mein noodles instead of the original fried wontons to save on calories but almost any crunchy chip or string type thing would probably work. My husband claims he could drink the dressing, its that good! And you can use Splenda instead of sugar if you so choose.
