Fish soups
This noodle soup can be made with shellfish, pork tenderloin or beef, but I like to make mine with chicken. If you can't find fresh, hand rolled noodles in the Asian section of your grocery store, I think egg noodles would be the next best thing. Oh, and this goes great with kimchi!
