A simple fried rice dish. This recipe was given to me years ago by a friend and, hands down, is the most requested recipe I have. Even my daughter's college-aged friends ask for it. It also makes great leftovers. Serve with your favorite egg rolls, Asian soup, or salad and you've got a complete meal.
