This is my favorite Italian dish and is SO easy to make from scratch. I love to serve it with different toppings... Sauteed in butter and sage or tossed in melted cream and gorgonzola or smothered in ragu/bolognese sauce or drizzled with butter and topped with shredded parmesan or pesto or drowned in scampi cream and topped with a spoonful of black caviar... MMMM!! Possibilities are endless.
