Bean pot
This recipe was given to me from my boyfriend's mother. It is simple, easy, and cheap to make not to mention DELICIOUS! This recipe is really flexible. More or less potatoes can be used and the tomatoes can be omitted. If using canned green beans, add during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time.
