Easy Skillet Caramel Apple Pie is a simple twist on the classic dessert, and topped with Breyers Ice Cream it goes from good to great! I am by NO means a pie maker. Not only that, I kinda-sorta don't even love pie that much. Is that so weird? I certainly can make exception for chocolate pie...but fruit pies are just not my most favorite. Now. With that said, that doesn't mean I don't appreciate a good pie. In all honesty I think I might not love pie, because I am a pretty sub-par pie MAKER. So it's really self preservation...or
