This weekend we feasted on these Greek Nachos and I gotta tell you they are ahhhhhmazing! Instead of tortilla chips, this recipe calls for pita chips as its base. Building up from there, it’s cumin spiced lamb, feta tzatziki sauce and heaps of fresh veggies & zesty olives.
