Homemade Raspberry banana soft serve ice cream also known as 'nice cream' is the best dairy free ice cream! Two ingredient ice cream is crazy good and completely healthy! Raspberry 'nice cream' as it's called is made from frozen raspberries and frozen bananas, and that's it! I'm not sure where the name 'nice cream' came from...I'm guessing it's because it's dairy free so it's nice to our lactose intolerant and vegan friends or because it's made completely from bananas. Either way, I'm a fan of this cute named healthy frozen treat! It's crazy what happens when you blend frozen bananas,
