I used to have peanut butter and jam sandwiches all the time and they bring back fond childhood memories. I have not had a PB&J sandwich in a long while but after I made the green tomato and jalapeno jam one of the first things that came to mind was a peanut butter and green tomato and jalapeno jam sandwich and I just had to try it. I like to toast the bread before making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so that the peanut butter just starts to melt when it hits the warm toast making the sandwich even
