Pot roast sandwich smothered in gravy with melted swiss cheese and horseradish mayonnaise

Before I had even made the pot roast I knew that my first use for the leftovers would have to be pot roast sandwiches smothered in the tasty sauce from the braising. I think I might have been looking forward to the leftover sandwiches more than the actual pot roast itself. I could not see making this sandwich without a melted gooey cheese and I ended up going with some swiss. To melt the cheese I assembled part of the sandwich and placed it under the broiler with the cheese on top. To finish the sandwich off I was thinking
