Paleo grain free cinnamon rolls

Yeast Mixture: ¾ cup of Applesauce 1 TBSP Fast Acting Yeast The Rolls: ¾ Packed Cups of Coconut Flour ½ Cup + 2 TBSP of Tapioca Starch (or arrowroot) ¾ Cup organic Cane Sugar ¼ Tsp. Salt 1 Tsp. Xanthan or Guar Gum 1 TBSP of Baking Powder (I used Bobs Red Mill Double Acting. Its mild tasting and works great!) ½ Cup + 2 TBSP of Shortening. (I use the brand Spectrum) 3 Large Eggs Cinnamon Roll Filling: 2 Tbsp of a Mild Flavored Oil or Melted Butter (dairy or nondairy) ½ Cup of Coconut Palm Sugar, Sucanat Sugar or Brown Sugar 1½ Tsp. Cinnamon
