1-1.5 lbs. round steak 2 tablespoons oil 1 clove garlic, minced ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1 cup fresh or canned bean sprouts, drained 1 cup canned tomatoes, cut up 2 green peppers, cut in strips 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons water 4 green onions, sliced Optional: Red, orange, yellow bell pepper, onion strips, etc.
