1/2 cup milk of your choice {skim, almond, soy and coconut work great} 3/4 cup yogurt of your choice {I used Stonyfield French Vanilla but you can use Greek Yogurt} 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds {I used frozen but you can use fresh} 3/4 cup freshly spinach, loosely packed 1 banana {half for the blender and half for garnish} Garnish: Sliced bananas 1 Tablespoon Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola {or granola of your choice} 2 Tablespoons Nature's Path Qi'a Cranberry Almond
