12 wonton wrappers 1 ⁄2 to 1 lb ground pork, (or chicken or beef) 2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 ⁄4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 16 oz bag shredded carrot and cabbage coleslaw, (not quite the whole bag) 4 green onion, sliced 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water 1 oil, (for frying)
