1 lb. ground pork 1 egg ¼ cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp. Sugar ¼ cup beef broth or water 2 Tbsp. mayo 1 cup green onion, chopped 1 cup chives, chopped 1 medium size tomato, chopped pinch of salt to taste Optional: minced ginger, shredded carrots, sesame oil, chicken broth mix (powder). 1 package of round Gyoza wrappers, at room temperature
