1-½ lbs. ground pork 1 egg, beaten ¼ c. milk ⅓ c. fresh bread crumbs 2 cloves garlic, minced ¼ c. water chestnuts, rinse & chop 2 Tbls. soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil ¼ tsp. salt 2 Tbls. scallions, finely diced ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped cilantro sprigs for garnish, if desired
