1 cup butter, room temperature 2 cups white sugar 2 eggs 15 oz ricotta cheese 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp almond extract 4 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt For Glaze: 2 cups confectioner’s sugar ½ tsp almond or vanilla extract about 4 Tb milk
