cooking oil spray 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour ½ cup sugar substitute 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder 3 large eggs ½ cup heavy cream (may use unsweetened almond milk) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, minced and sprinkled with a teaspoon of sugar substitute ½ cup fresh blueberries (may use frozen) SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: 8 inch oven proof frying pan (may use 6 cup muffin tin)
