1 stick (4 ounces) salted butter, melted 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 T. red food coloring (i used a big blob of the colored paste) 2 eggs ¾ cup all-purpose flour Cream Cheese Layer: 8 ounces soft cream cheese ¼ cup sugar 1 egg ½ tsp. vanilla extract
