Chili – vegetarian recipe

1 T. olive oil ½ med onion, chpd 2 bay leaves 1 tsp grd cumin 2 T. oregano 1 T. salt 2 stalks celery, chopd 2 green peppers, chpd 1 jalapeno peppers, chpd 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 - 4 oz cans chopped green chiles, drained 2 - 12 ox pkgs vegetarian burger crumbles (optional) 3 - 28 oz cans whole tomatoes, crush with your hands ¼ c. chili powder, mix with some warm water 1 T. black pepper 1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, drained 1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained 1 - 15 oz can corn, drained Garnishes: chopped avocado sour cream shredded cheese chopped green onions jalapenos
