3 Crescent roll tubes ½ pan sheet pan with raised sides (18"X13") 2 lb. Italian sausage ( I like to mix 1lb Sweet and 1lb Hot)(( you can use other kinds of meats.)) 1 small red onion chopped 5 to 6 Scallions chopped ¾ cup yellow, red, green peppers chopped Mushrooms optional 2 cups shredded cheese 8-10 Eggs 1 cup Milk 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Pepper ½ tsp Oregano
