Freezer meal recipes: sloppy joe quinoa pitas

I multiplied this recipe by 6 to make 6 freezer meals. Multiply the cooking/simmer time as well, allowing for the greater amount of food. I simmered for 3 hours on low. Ladle filling evenly into 6 gallon size, zip-top freezer bags. Label and date and remove as much air as possible. Zip shut and lay flat on a baking sheet and freeze. To serve, remove a bag or bags from the freezer and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Heat in a saucepan or dutch oven and serve. Enjoy!
