We make homemade chicken nuggets frequently at our house, but when I saw Jenn’s recipe over on A Cook’s Quest I knew I had to try it. She adds Parmesan cheese to her breading! Brilliant I thought. And it was! Something about crispy cheese makes me happy. It made my kids happy too. Italian Chicken
