INGREDIENTS: 8 oz spaghetti or linguine pasta 1 Cup shredded carrots 1 Tbs sesame seeds ¼ Cup peanut butter 2 Tbs mayonnaise 2 Tbs soy sauce (you probably got a deal on Kikkomon) 2 Tbs canola oil 2 Tbs hot water 1 Tbs rice vinegar (can substitute with white vinegar) 1 Tbs toasted sesame oil 2 tsp honey ½ tsp ginger 1 clove of garlic
