A friend of mine made this for breakfast during a play date recently and I was instantly in love. And with all that Quaker oatmeal sitting around, I thought it was a perfect recipe to share. Baked Oatmeal 3 cups Quaker quick oats 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup
