Yeah, it is a Monday. Yeah, it is kind of gloomy here in Chicago. Yeah, the weekend is over and maaaaaybe that would have been a better time to share this recipe with you. But, in my book, there is no better time for a good drink than a Monday. I hope you agree. Pimm’s. What is that? I didn’t really know at first either. I just knew it was delicious and kind of fancy. I did a little Wiki based research and basically it is a fruity and herby liquor. It is light and perfect for any summer drinking occasion. A traditional Pimm’s Cup is Pimm’s mixed with lemonade and fruit, sliced cucumber, and fresh mint. Because of the slices of cucumber traditionally served in a Pimm’s Cup, it was only natural to add a little more of a kick with Rain Organic Cucumber Vodka. Do you know that one time I was watching Weeds and I was so thrilled to see Nancy Botwin walking around drinking Rain vodka? I was like, “I know that brand!
